Turf
Turf is not just grass! We work hard to produce the highest quality turf grown on some of the finest sandy soils in the UK. Interlawn are proud to offer a suitable turf grade to suit any lawn or turfing situations. All of our turf grades contain specially selected grasses of the highest STRI rating (Sports Turf Research Institute) to suit your lawn area, paying particular attention to disease resistance. All grades are guaranteed to be free from weeds, and will always meet rigorous industry standards set.

All grades are supplied in handy one square metres rolls, usually weighing around 15kgs and available at any time of the year, even winter, as this can be an excellent time to lay turf. We are also happy to advise on the quantity and grade of turf you require, if unsure.
We can usually deliver turf next day within Yorkshire, or within 48 hours Nationally. Collections can be Monday to Saturday 8am to 6pm (please order prior to collection).
Grades Available:
Luxor
For ornamental lawn use which looks very fine in appearance being free from ryegrass. Ideal for low foot traffic areas such as front lawns to show off your home! Also suited to dry soils and is slower growing than Lawnstar, offering reduced mowing time.
Lawnstar
Our most popular grade suitable for most lawn situations, containing dwarf ryegrass and fescues. This gives an excellent hardwearing lawn for family use, which also looks great too. Ideal choice for children, pets and medium to heavy foot traffic.
Eclipse
The best choice for shady lawns, such as under trees and along side walls. This has a medium fine texture, which looks good and is also tolerant of wear.
Sportstar
Hardwearing, ryegrass based mix for heavy foot traffic or sports fields. Also has good appearance with dark green colour.
Top Soil
It is vital that plants have the right soil in order to grow and perform to their optimum, as the soil provides water, air, nutrients and stability for the roots. We provide only premium quality loamy top-soil from the best farmland, being perfectly compatible with all our turf grades, while also being ideal for use in flower, shrub and vegetable beds where good plant growth is essential. The stone content is almost zero.
We supply our soil in small loose loads (1 to 5 tonnes) tipped where you want it. A sheet can be supplied to keep your drive clean. Soil available for delivery at any time of year. Small 25kg bags available for collection at anytime.
